Special Event Dinner at Osteria Papavero
Please join Slow Food Madison in welcoming Sarah Fioroni to Madison for a Tuscan farm-style dinner and book-signing event!
Chef, sommelier and author Sarah Fioroni will be in Madison as part of a U.S. tour of lectures, cooking classes, book-signings and special events. The Fioroni family runs an organic farm, vineyard and agriturismo at Poggio Alloro, near San Gimignano. Sarah’s book, A Family Farm in Tuscany, outlines the history of her family on the farm and how they live, farm, and cook with the seasons. The book is full of wonderful stories, photographs, and delicious recipes. It is also the 2012 Living Now Book Awards Gold Medal Winner for the Cooking/Ethnic/Holiday category.
Chef Francesco Mangano will be making a 3-course autumnal meal inspired by the book.

Cost is $48 for singles, $73 for couples; drinks, tax and gratuity not included. Both single and couple options include one copy of Sarah’s book, which she will sign and personalize for you at the end of the evening. Some extra copies will also be available for purchase.
