Veal breakdown class

Saturday, November 2nd 12:00pm until 3:00pm

Underground Meats is hosting a veal breakdown class in their processing facility. Each participant will be walked through the breakdown of local veal (Uplands Dairy, Dodgeville, WI) by butcher Jonny Hunter, and will leave class with 25-30 pounds of veal meat.
